1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BloomD8, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BloomD8. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create more than one account, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of someone else without their consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform.
• Solicit money from other users or engage in commercial activity without our consent.
• Attempt to bypass safety or verification systems.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you post. By uploading content, you grant BloomD8 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription (BloomD8 Plus or Premium). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

7. Petals

Petals are our in-app reward currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 months. Petals are non-transferable except as explicitly supported by the platform.

8. Safety and moderation

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or our Safety Guidelines. We operate a credibility scoring system and actively monitor for suspicious behaviour.

9. Limitation of liability

BloomD8 is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will form romantic connections through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomD8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
